If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges, subject to the terms outlined below. 1. Returns
We accept returns on items purchased through nowtopic.click, provided the following conditions are met:
- Eligibility for Return: You can return most unused and unworn items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Return: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Exclusions: Custom-made items, sale or discounted products, and any items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Provide Order Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your return back to us.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please allow additional time for your refund to appear on your original payment method (up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider).
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Shipping Costs
